Technology for coffee growers at FEMAGRI

Technology and a great presence of the public mark the first of 3 days of the event.

After two years in a digital version, FEMAGRI [Cooxupé’s Fair of Agricultural Machines, Implements and Input] is finally back on-site, with remarkable technology and sustainability. The event began on Friday, 8, in Guaxupé, Brazil. The organization stated that more than 9.3 thousand people visited the Fair during the first of 3 days, which is beyond expectations!

The 22nd edition of FEMAGRI presents, in 107 thousand m2, more than 12 thousand products. It takes novel solutions and alternatives to coffee growers, as well as sustainable actions to be implemented in the farms. As a result, producers gain with better quality and competitivity before the market.

Daniel Corceti, a co-op member from Manhuaçu (about 430 miles from Guaxupé), is pleased with what he saw. “The first-class machines with high technology implemented are awesome. FEMAGRI also contributes a lot to enlarging knowledge”, the coffee grower considers.

Technology and Sustainability

So, the updated sustainability concepts, in the Fair, are concentrated in a farm-like area (Espaço Fazendinha), where all solutions are supported by Cooxupé’s Gerações Protocol.

Some of the novelties are: topping plants bringing sustainability to crops; a new option of tiles for generating renewable energy; the use of green ammonia; the importance of bees for greater productivity, and lots more.

FEMAGRI is a hub for coffee farming families

The organization of the event expects to receive about 35 thousand people during the three days.

Finally, FEMAGRI happens until Friday, 10th, opened to the public, with free parking and free entrance, from 8 am to 6 pm.
