Cooxupé is among the top 150 companies to work for in Brazil

FIA Employee Experience (FEEx) survey measures work environment, organizational culture, leadership performance and satisfaction with People Management processes

The Regional Cooperative of Coffee Growers in Guaxupé (Cooxupé), based in Minas Gerais, has been chosen as one of the best companies to work for in Brazil. The ranking, according to the FIA Employee Experience (FEEx) survey, includes 150 organizations. This is the fourth edition of the award.

First of all, the Incredible Places to Work Award (LIPT) is an initiative of UOL and the “Fundação Instituto de Administração” (FIA). It therefore highlights the Brazilian companies with the highest levels of employee satisfaction. The survey measures the work environment, organizational culture, leadership performance and satisfaction with people management processes.

In all, the survey heard from more than 209,000 employees from around 400 national organizations between December 2022 and August 2023. Above all, the award-winning companies achieved the best ratings for organizational environment and People Management practices.

New this year are the Connection Index, the Leadership Index and the CEO Index. These assess, respectively, the indicators of the strength of the brand, the level of commitment, alignment and delivery of employees. And indicators of leadership coherence, style and feedback. Finally, the popularity, trust and quality of the CEO’s management.

Organizational culture

In addition to these indicators, the FEEx survey also assesses other aspects, such as the culture of the organization, the physical, mental and financial health profile of employees. In addition, employees’ criticisms and suggestions captured by open-ended questions and the organization’s main attraction and retention factors.
